Refund Policy

At Over The Road Mattress Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. Your OverThe Road Mattress is guaranteed to be replaced or repaired at our discretion if deemed defective due to faulty workmanship or manufacturer’s defects during the first ten (10) years of the warranty, subject to the specific limitations outlined below.

What This Warranty Covers

1. Material Defects: This warranty covers any deterioration in the foam materials causing the mattress to have a visible indentation:

• Greater than 1 inch during the first five (5) years of ownership.

• Greater than 1.25 inches during years 6-10.

2. If such defects occur during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the mattress.

Note: Indentations must not result from improper use, such as a sagging foundation, box spring, adjustable bed, or platform.

1. Normal Wear and Tear:

• A natural increase in the softness of the foam over time, which does not affect the mattress’s pressure-relieving qualities.

2. Comfort Preference: Changes in personal comfort preference.

3. Physical Damage:

• Burns, cuts, tears, or stains.

• Liquid damage or abnormal soiling.

• Damage from unzipping or removing the cover, or removing the law tag.

4. Commercial Use:

• This warranty is valid only for residential use. Commercial settings, including hotels, motels, boarding homes, or similar environments, fall under a separate warranty.

5. Improper Foundations:

• Foundations or adjustable bases not designed for use with the mattress, or those not compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s 16 CFR Part 1633 (Standard for the Flammability of Mattress Sets).
